Controlled Climate Systems, Inc. was established in 1971 by John and Dolores Conley. As a family owned business we have grown and changed, but have remained committed to continuing the values and principles of our founders: serving the customer.

Located in Canonsburg, PA we are minutes from I-79 so that we can easily serve Washington, Allegheny, Fayette, Westmoreland, Beaver, and Butler Counties.

With twenty-five employees we are sized so that we are able to remain affordable to complete in home repairs and replacement while large enough to install a complete new HVAC system for offices, churches, and other commercial structures.
